The format: discussions in a public venue, where topics are not dictated by a facilitator but are chosen by the attendees. People come with their burning questions, and the first few minutes are devoted to making a list of suggested topics.
In the first round of voting, people vote for as many topics as they find interesting. Usually, the top three topics are voted on in the second round, where everyone can only vote for one.
